If any item ordered is unavailable we will contact you to offer you the option of a refund, substitute item or placing the item on back order. However we will not be held responsible for any losses you suffer if we do not supply the goods. 2. / Most of the goods sold by us are of a technical nature. All drawings, descriptions and specifications are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of goods. Hence, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in description or illustration. If you have any questions please contact us. Specifications and illustrations are subject to change. 3. / Please note goods will only be despatched once your funds have been cleared by our bank. 4. / You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of ordering. If you decide to exercise this right, you must first contact us. If the goods have been despatched you must arrange and meet the cost of return, all goods returned must be complete in the original packing and in their original unused despatched condition to obtain a full refund. If a refund is made, it will minus original postage cost & credit card fees. Please note certain items such as personnel items etc., may not be returned. 5. / All goods remain the property of RB Discount until payment has been received and cleared in full. 6. / Deliveries shall be made in reasonable time, once payment has been received and cleared. We shall not be held liable for any losses costs or damages, charges or expenses, etc., caused by delay or delivery of goods. 7 ./ We cannot be held responsible to you for any failure or delay in performance of contract, if it is due to an event beyond our control. 8. / As soon as we have delivered the goods to you, you will be responsible for them. Unless you check the goods on delivery, they must be signed for as ‘unchecked’, if the package is damaged, it be signed for as such also. 9. / If the item is returned for whatever reason, the item must be well packaged and sent complete in original packing. The item must be sent adequately insured, the cost of return must be met by you. Once a refund is given, the title of the goods will become RB Discount. 10./ On accepting delivery, if packaging appears damaged it must be declared as such to the courier in writing. After inspection, if the item appears to have been damaged notification of damage must be received by us within 2 days of delivery. Upon which we shall offer advice regarding a refund, replacement, repair. compensation or claim. 11./ Goods may only be returned, if we have approved the return. Any goods returned if they are not found to be defective or in working order, they will be returned to you and administration fee of 20% of the price of goods, along with all costs of postage incurred by us will be charged to recover our losses. Please return using Royal Mail Standard Parcels only. 12./ We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of new taxes and duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is incorrect. we try to ensure prices displayed on our web site are correct. If there is a problem we will inform you the correct price and offer you the goods at the correct price. 13./ We cannot be held responsible for any orders held up due to incorrect payment details provided by you. 14./ At point of sale, if an item is described as Graded/Refurbished etc and you have misread it and assume it is new you cannot return the item as it was described as Graded at point of sale. 15./ The invoice will offer advice on procedure for service. Goods are intended for household use and we can not offer guarantee for commercial use or items which have been misused or modified etc. We cannot be held liable for any loss/damage/injury/death /damage to property etc, caused by use of the goods. You the customer are responsible for sending items for repair, including all costs. 16./ Where an item is sold with a Manufacturer or Distributor warrantee, you the customer must contact & arrange repair of the goods at your cost. You must contact them directly on the telephone number provided, under no circumstances should the item be returned to us unless approved by us. 17./ These terms and conditions are subject to change, without prior notice. 18./ Certain goods such as clearance items are sold without warranty or guarantee, we shall not be held liable for any loss/damage to yourself or property. 19./ We do not offer a home approval service, so any goods returned in working order will lead to a 20% admin fee and postage charges. 20./ The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in courts of England and Wales, with English as the only language. 21./ All transaction with RB Discount are subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
